The Administration Portal is the key component of TrainingNow®, part of the Foundation module. It is used by both administrators and users. It allows all the key administration functions and access to all functionalities.

The Administration Portal is fully configurable. It is possible to define the visibility of features (e.g. menus, dashboards, functionalities) per group or even user.
TrainingNow® supports the traditional style of management by means of lists and messages. Lists apply to all information (clients, subscriptions, training sessions, exams, etc.).
Lists are fully configurable, in particular:
- Visibility of the entire list of records per groups or users
- Filters applicable to the list
- Available columns
- Bulk actions on records (e.g. change status, change field values)
The same records (e.g. subscritions, exams, training sessions) can be managed in a more agile fashion, using Kanban boards. Multiple boards can be created with flexible layout (columns and rows) according to the defined workflows or free flow.
